ABOUT FRUIT AND VEGETABLE NUTRIENTS

The highest plant nutritional content is found in vine ripened, freshly harvested fruits and vegetables that are harvested and eaten IMMEDIATELY; Vine ripened fruits contain 120 times MORE nutritional value compared to prematurely harvested foods that have been harvested GREEN, and then allowed to ripen. 

During harvesting of fruits and vegetables, there is an 80% deterioration of some metabolic enzymes during the first 10-15 minutes.

Nutritionally speaking, the problem with current plant harvesting, distribution and storage methods is that significant deterioration occurs, thus, lowering nutritional values.  The Nutrient Stabilization Process (N.S.P.) applied at harvest stabilizes taste, nutrients and enzymes for decades at nutrient values of 97%.

ABOUT INDUSTRIAL FOOD PRESERVATION

The basic premise of food preservation is to delay its deterioration or degradation by minimizing or eliminating microbial activity while maintaining nutrients and enzyme activity.   Traditionally, this is done through refrigeration, canning, vacuum packing, adding preserving chemicals, freeze-drying and dehydration.

ALL of the above mentioned methods reduce taste, the original nutritional values by up to 60% and some enzymes by up to 80%. ​ These food processing methods result in foods with low availability of nutrients and thus, end up being more costly on a nutrient value / month basis than Super Dense Nutrition.

EATING TOO MUCH "DEAD FOOD"?

Unfortunately for post-fire humans, we have discovered how to cook our food!  From a nutritional standpoint, this was a great disaster.

There are over 4,000 digestive and metabolic enzymes necessary for a body to function and most are present in raw uncooked food.  Plant food enzymes are phyto enzymes (phyto = plant) and are “outside-created” enzymes versus those created in the body (“inside-created”).

HOW ARE MILLED SPROUTED GRAINS MORE BENEFICIAL THAN NON-SPROUTED?

  • Increased Vitamin C (sprouting produces vitamin C);

  • Increased Vitamin B (B2. B5 and B6); sprouted grain contains up to three times the niacin and two times the B6 and Folate as non-sprouted grain;

  • Increased Carotene (eight times the amount of non-sprouted flour);

  • Increased enzymes (sprouting is necessary to break down the long chain carbohydrates and starches to simple sugars;

  • Reduced or neutralized phytic acid (a substance present in grains which inhibit nutrient absorption);

  • Easier to digest (breaking down carbohydrate and starch molecules into simple amino acid protein molecules);

  • Chemical change of gluten by glucanase to a digestible state.

HUMAN DIGESTIVE SYSTEM AND SEEDS

The human digestive system is very inefficient and can only digest 5% of non-germinated, whole seed material.  The compounding problem is that the intestine of humans starts to die after the age of 25 years.​  Cattle, having the most complex type of digestive system, are only able to digest 53% of grains provided that the seeds have been rolled, crushed and have had digestive enzymes added.   If  synchronized germinated, G.E.M. and N.S.P. processed grains are fed, digestibility  increases up to 97% for ALL animals and humans without enzymes added.

In short, synchronization and correct handling of germinated seed increases digestibility.

 

HYDRATION FROM WATER - ENERGIZED WATER

This allows maximum moisture absorption into the cells of your body, pets and plants; a major key to healing, and the maintenance of health and vitality.


Since most of us have mediocre water quality from commercial water producers or municipal services, we need to return tap water to its original, hydrating, life-giving state. 

Water is the medium of life on this planet and a universal solvent. Every living process on Earth started in the primordial oceans, the amniotic fluid of life.  Even your blood resembles sea water very closely.

Next to oxygen, water is very important. We can go without water for a maximum of 5 days.   We lose about 2 quarts of water every day (sweat, urine, tears, breathing, etc.) and we feel either thirst or pain when the balance is out by only 1-2 percent. If we lose 5% of total water volume, we suffer hallucinations. A loss of 15% is usually fatal.

 

NUTRITION FROM FOOD

NUTRITIONAL DOWNFALL OF THE MODERN DIET

The standard modern diet is fraught with many woes and pitfalls.  How did things go so wrong? Simply, our bodies are just not getting the levels of nutrients they require due to:

  • Green harvesting and deterioration of nutrients in storage and distribution;

SEEDS & SPROUTS

Seeds are nature´s best preservation means of nutritional content.  However, the concentrated nutrients contained in them are difficult to digest since these are composed of long chain carbohydrates and starch molecules.

THE IMPORTANCE OF SLEEP

A widely publicized 2003 study performed at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine demonstrated that cognitive performance declines with fewer than eight hours of sleep.

 

Sleep deprivation can adversely affect brain function. A 2001 Study at Harvard's Medical Institute suggested that sleep deprivation may be linked to more serious diseases, such as heart disease.

 

Several large studies using nationally representative samples suggest that the obesity epidemic in Europe and the United States, might have as one of its causes a corresponding decrease in the average number of hours that people are sleeping.

 

The findings suggest that this might be happening because sleep deprivation might be disrupting hormones that regulate glucose metabolism and appetite. The association between sleep deprivation and obesity appears to be strongest in young and middle-age adults.

THE SEED COAT

TIPS FOR GOOD SLEEP

The following ten tips can help achieve sleep and the benefits it provides. These tips are intended for "typical" adults, but not necessarily for children or persons experiencing medical problems (courtesy: National Sleep Foundation).

 

  1. Maintain a regular bedtime schedule, including weekends.

  3. Keep your bedroom dark, quiet, and cool. Turn off electronics.

  4. Sleep on a comfortable mattress and pillows.

  5. Use your bedroom only for sleep and s*x.

  6. Finish eating at least 2-3 hours before your regular bedtime.

  7. Exercise regularly, but not immediately before bedtime.

  8. Avoid caffeine (e.g., coffee, tea, soft drinks, chocolate) close to bedtime.

  9. Avoid nicotine (e.g., cigarettes, tobacco products). It can lead to poor sleep.

  10. Avoid alcohol close to bedtime.
